Pat Watson

Pat Watson has lived in Whitehaven all her life starting her first job at Kangol at the age of 15. From the factory floor she worked her way up to Millinery Supervisor, then on to running the busy factory shop. Bespoke Millinery is what she does 'BEST' and she wouldn't be happy doing anything else. After 38 years in the business what Pat doesn't know about hats isn't worth knowing! But - she will still say, " you never stop learning", and you don't.

Ellie Pullin

Ellie Pullin lives in Workington and trained as a Graphic Designer, and later as a florist. Finding her 'home' at Kangol running the Bespoke Hat Design Department in early 2007. Her training at Art College and her past employments working on a 'drawing board' has helped her to create one-offs that totally match the customers outfits down to very small details. "Doing a job I love and making our clients feel fantastic on their special day is what its all about"
